LA-ERIC is where we engage you and direct you to the correct resources.Through LA-ERIC’s Hub, entrepreneurs will be given the opportunity to turn ideas into action plans. LA21 is partnering with the Community College of Philadelphia and SCORE Philadelphia to provide a FREE, six-week basic small business training to educate business owners on the ins and outs of starting a business. Training starts September 2019.
One of the primary functions of LA-ERIC is to connect and refer local business owners with resources to grow and improve their businesses, such as CCP’s Power Up Your Business and Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses, both partners of LA21.
LA-ERIC has a strong advantage due to its location in University City, surrounded by Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania. Both universities are community partners of LA21 and will serve as referral sources for new and existing businesses.
We are here to ensure that start-up entrepreneurial companies are successfully accelerated towards successful development through diverse business support resources as well as services. Our aim is to ensure that we achieve a 90% success rate with all those who see our services here in West Philadelphia at 3500 Lancaster Avenue.
Services
LA-ERIC provies FREE Entrepreneurship Training in partnership with Community College of Philadelphia with follow-up Support & Technical Assistance services.
Our aim is to ensure that we help our members attain their goals. We also intend to have a synergy of multiple referral and information services so as to have optimal outcomes that will be most suitable for specific needs of our clients.
The space will serve as a hub for entrepreneurs and remote workers to connect via our free WI-FI, and for organizations and businesses to host meetings and workshops.
