On Thursday, February 28th, 2024, LA21-CDC hosted leaders in the small business ecosystem for an engaging panel at the CIC, located at 3675 Market Street.
Speakers included Councilperson ‘Mr. 4th District’ Curtis Jones, Representative Amen Brown, Tiffany Spraggins of Community College of Philadelphia, Yvonne Boye of the Philadelphia Department of Commerce, Allen Riddick from Drexel University, Kersy Azocar from Greenline Access Capital, Ryan Thompson from Truist Bank, Zakia Ringgold from Business Tech Lab and Fiona McCoy of Intuitive Crystal Healing Shoppe.
After the panel, guests enjoyed locally brewed beer at Philadelphia’s first Black owned brewery Two Locals and learned about the Verizon Small Business Digital Ready (VSBDR) program.
